Costello 2019 Oscar Predictions

The Oscar's are here!

After watching a lot of movies and having a lot of discussions with my wife, we're finally ready to react to who comes away with hardware and who doesn't.

We're no experts, so we're sure to be way off on some of these, but below are our predictions for each major award (there might be a couple we left off, like Foreign Film, no offense, but these are the awards we cared about the most).

With such a wide variety of options and no clear-cut favorites for most of these categories, it was very hard to pick some of these. I think the Best Actor character is the highest-quality field I've seen in a long time. The Sound Editing and Sound Mixing categories were extremely tough to pick between two or three of the nominees. And of course, three or four of the nominees would be deserving of Best Picture in my mind. BUT, we can only have one take home the Oscar, so here we go with our predictions!
